Horizon Pass Lodge Residence

Project Overview

This remodel of a Horizon Pass Lodge residence in Bachelor’s Gulch involved remodeling the kitchen, bar, pantry, all bathrooms, fireplace, wood beams & trim, and floor finishes. Reed Development Group worked directly with the owner during pre-construction to develop a scope of work that met their budget and assisted with finish selections. The project was completed within budget and within the HOA’s limited three-month construction period.
