Henry Reed, principal of Reed Development Group, has been involved in construction and real estate development in the Vail Valley since 1994. Henry started Reed Development Group in 2007 to leverage his knowledge and experience of custom residential and resort-based real estate construction and development. Henry’s breadth of construction experience, proactive project management skills, fiscal discipline, and focus on quality craftsmanship contribute great benefit to his clients. Whether constructing an interior remodel project, new custom residence, or providing owner’s representative services, Henry approaches every project with the owner’s best interests in mind through seamless project execution, attention to detail, and professional management.

Henry received his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and his Master’s degree in Business Administration with specializations in Real Estate Development and Finance from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado-Boulder.
