Arrowhead Single-Family Residence

Project Overview

This project in Arrowhead involved a full renovation of this single-family residence. The kitchen & master suite were re-configured, a new bunk room was added, new living room slider and entry doors, wood paneling and beam work, and a complete renovating of bedrooms and bathrooms throughout. In addition, extensive exterior improvements were made which included renovation of the patio to include a firepit and hot tub, a deck expansion, and landscape & site upgrades. Reed Development Group was the general contractor on the project and handled all approvals with the Design Review Board and Eagle County.
