Fairmont Olympic Phase I

Project Overview

Phase I of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel renovation project included the renovation of 451 guest rooms and corridors including mechanical and technology upgrades. In addition, exterior façade improvements included the replacement of over 1,000 windows and significant masonry restoration work. The project was completed on time and within budget, mitigating revenue displacement while the hotel remained occupied.
