Project Overview

This multi-unit project included the planning, development, and sale of thirteen (13) luxury condominiums in Vail, Colorado.  The unique site was an infill project placed above a previously abandoned parking structure in the Cascade neighborhood. With a tremendous location, open floorplans, and modern interiors, the sale of these residences was very successful.
