Owner’s Representative Services

WHAT IS AN OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE & WHY DO I NEED ONE?

An Owner’s Representative (Owner’s Rep) is a professional hired by a project owner to act as their advocate and “eyes and ears” throughout the construction process. The owner’s rep has a fiduciary responsibility with the owner and is responsible for managing the design and construction teams to ensure the project aligns with the owner’s vision, budget, and schedule from concept to closeout.
