The project included a full renovation of the existing building and a 6,888sf expansion to create new cardio and strength training areas, group class, stretching, and yoga spaces, and a new outdoor spa and patio. Engaged on behalf of the Cordillera Property Owner’s Association, Reed Development Group led and managed the design and construction, delivering the $8.5M project on time and under budget.
