Project Overview

Phase II of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel renovation project included a $22M extensive renovation of this historic property including transformational renovations to the lobby, bar, restaurant, ballrooms, and meeting spaces. The project was delivered under budget and on schedule despite the logistical challenges faced during the Covid pandemic. The project earned Hotel Magazine’s “Renovation Project of the Year” in 2021 and was recently voted as # Hotel in Seattle in Travel & Leisure.
